Resumo:
The Ministry of Social Development and Hunger Alleviation decided to organize this book for several reasons. One is to prevent the history of the construction of the Brazil without Poverty Plan has been to lost. The public administration suffers from a lack of records about their initiatives, either because the culture of document them yet not gained strength it deserves, either because managers are not in their
schedules to formulate these records. The second reason was to show the strength that decisive and concerted action has to modify reality.
